2019-07-03 13:00:00 (link to chat)Braxton Garrett, Josiah Gray, or Edward Cabrera?
(Buff from Colorado)
I'll take Cabrera. (Craig Goldstein)
2019-04-17 13:00:00 (link to chat)Zac Gallen. Jordan Yamamoto. Braxton Garrett. This future Marlins rotation is going to be dangerous before long.
(Mark from Marlins Park)
I discussed Gallen already and I've heard positive things on Yamamoto, but I don't think this is exactly a three-headed monster. If you buy the changes on Gallen are lasting ones, you could *maybe* squint and see a 2. Garrett has a long way to go and injuries in his past, and Yamamoto is more of a back-end five-and-dive type to me, even with the good reports.

Also, the current Marlins rotation is dangerous, they're just a danger to their fielders is all. (Craig Goldstein)
2018-02-05 12:00:00 (link to chat)Were Kaprielian and Braxton Garrett on the just missed list?
(Ryan from Montreal)
Kaprelian was closer than Garrett. Neither actually made the just missed list. (Top 101 with Jeffrey Paternostro)
2017-07-18 14:00:00 (link to chat)If Braxton Garrett recovers completely from TJ surgery, does he have front of the rotation upside?
(cracker73 from Florida)
I caught braxton for 2 innings of work last fall, came away impressed by control - everything was down- curveball and if I remember correctly, a modest change-up (?). as for upside, there is some, but he is more a 3-4th guy. (Javier Barragan)
