| Extra large frame, tall with long limbs, average build. High 3/4 arm slot, average arm speed, works quickly from the far 3B side of the rubber. Repeats his easy effort delivery well. |

Straight and heavy offering, commands it well to all four quadrants, current low-90s velocity will play up a notch with physical maturity. |

Power change with above average fading action away from hitters, replicates arm action well, future bat missing offering. |

Best ones showed 12-6 shape and had some bite but got slurvy when the velocity dipped. Effective third offering but not a true swing and miss pitch. |

Drafted as a prep arm in the 2nd round of the 2020 draft, Fulton's size and solid mechanics from the left side give him a high prospect floor of a future back of the rotation starter. The command is better than I expected from someone his size and his easy delivery should make him a durable innings eater. He shows good feel for the secondaries but the fastball lacks life to help them play up and limiting his future ceiling.
