| Semi-windup, average circle to over the top slot, hides the ball a bit. Slight hesitation in his lower half, but repeats and syncs well enough. Fastball come pretty easy out of the hand. |

Winckowski has a good frame and delivery and three useable major-league offerings. Change might sneak to fringy and make him a viable back-end starter. Not an ideal relief fall back, but if he can get to the mid-90s more consistently in sort bursts there's a potential good middle reliever as well.
