Semi-windup, fast arm, full arc to high-three-quarters. Narrow frame, 175 might be legit, torque delivery with moderate effort |

96-100 with some two-seam action at the low end. Below-average command and runs pretty true. Given the longish arm action and command/life issues, Hartford took some very comfortable swings considering the velocity. It plays in the plus-plus velocity band, but command and movement make it play down slightly |

Ticks his slot up closer to over the top on the breaker, 12-5 power slurve, inconsistent but plus projection. |

Theoretically a split, although it could play as more of a straight change. Firm, but given the velocity separation it has some major league utility. |
Big reliever risk given size, delivery, and command. Theoretically has enough changeup to start if the fastball played as a true plus-plus pitch. It can be a bit too hittable and might be better off letting him air out triple digits in short bursts. When the curve is at its best, it will keep hitters off the fastball enough you can squint and see a mid-rotation starter, but there's a fair bit of development needed there for a pitcher already in Double-A. High-end setup, low end closer potential as a reliever if the curve gets to projection and Medina can lean on it more heavily.
