Mechanics
Good, strong pitcher's body with room for a slight bit of extra weight but wouldn't rely on a lot of projection. Fairly violent delivery with a lot of upper body rotation and head whack. Repeats it OK but can lose the zone and command is not a strength at this time. Currently pitching through an elbow issue that will require offseason surgery.

Pitch Type Future Grade Sitting Velocity Peak Velocity Report
FB 60 93-95 96 Generally fairly straight but at its best has ride and life up in the zone, good for generating swing and miss and soft airborne contact. Despite velocity can be hit hard when command falters. Sometimes loses velocity as game wears on.
CV 60 79-82 83 Potential plus pitch with multiple shapes. Can drop in 11-5 for strikes, though this isn't its primary use. Two other varieties are excellent swing-and-miss offerings, especially against RHH. One comes in at a velo band approaching the mid 80s, slider-like with sharp downward break. Another version shows frisbee movement and disappears into the lower glove-side quadrant. Not in control of this pitch at all times, but once he learns to manipulate it it will separate him from the pack.
CH 50 83-84 85 Not a whole lot of arm-side fade at present but has some dive and arm speed usually gets a swing through at this level.
SL 45 86-87 88 Cutter-like offering I've seen him mix in once or twice. Interesting pairing with the change to neutralize lefties.
Overall

Definitely some reliever risk here, red flags including high-effort delivery making command projection difficult and tendency to lose velo late. However, I do believe he will be a big leaguer in some form or fashion and can't rule out starting at this point in time. Two potential plus pitches, varies his curve, and has a nascent four-pitch mix if you squint a bit. Very competitive and fiery personality, maybe slightly volatile but not a bad type to bet on.
