Future reliever with spot-starter potential. Cosme has a nice, fluid action in his delivery, and showed quality fastball velocity at the outset of this start that faded as the game wore on.The changeup is further along than curveball at present, though the curve flashed true average where the change was fringe. Quality arm to have in an organization, should provide pitching depth at Triple-A with occasional big-league utility
