Lower body is quiet through the delivery, body starts to turn hard towards first base at times at the end of his delivery, though he readjusts and keeps online with the pitch. |

Average fastball for a righty, some amount of arm side action on fastball that compliments well but doesn't push it into the above average range. |

Fair amount of tumble; wavered during delivery; inconsistent arm speed |

Slurvy look at times; looked comfortable with pitch; horizontal movement but stays in zone |
Quiala has a bad body, and is old for the level (22), his fastball is average, though his secondary offerings lag far behind that. In order to become more than org depth he will need to improve one of his secondary offerings significantly to have hopes of being a reliever at higher levels. Inconsistent arm slot on pitches needs to be fixed as well.
Reports at time of signing had his velo 96-98, if returns to that form, different story and might be issue of getting back to routine after leaving Cuba.
