Hit 50 Hits from a slightly open stance w/ some rhythm & a leg kick load. Creates good separation, leading into a loose swing w/ easy above-avg bat speed. Complete plate coverage w/ a level swing that stays on plane for a long time. Displays strong bat control, but employs a free-swinging approach early in counts that results in suboptimal contact. Ability is there, but will need to rein in the approach/pitch selection in order to get to a .250 bat
Power 50 Separation & bat speed help him generate solid-avg raw power. Gets to it in-game, even without an ideal approach. 20+ HR projection
Baserunning/Speed 45 Fringy to below-avg runner. Consistent run times in the 4.32-4.38 range
Glove 45 Doesn't have a ton of lateral quickness, but displays smooth actions w/ soft hands & enough instincts to turn in playable defense at SS. Shows the ability to bounce around & handle 2B/3B as well. Even saw some time in CF after his promotion to A+, but lacks the pure speed & feel for the position
Arm 50 Avg to slightly above. Enough for the left side of the infield
Overall

Leonard lacks a true carrying tool, but projects as a well-rounded regular w/ defensive versatility
