Hit 50 Switch hitter w/ a simple operation from both sides. Upright stance w/ a little leg kick. Short to the ball w/ solid-avg bat control. Handled velo w/ ease in my viewing. Did struggle w/ some advanced breaking stuff, but showed the ability to make adjustments. Will need to learn to differentiate the strike zone vs. his zone. Future .250-.260 bat.
Power 40 Limited present in-game impact. Physical maturation combined w/ the hit tool should lead to 10-12 HR power.
Baserunning/Speed 45 Fringy to below-avg run times. Speed/athleticism plays better underway & in the field.
Glove 50 Fluid actions w/ clean footwork. Soft hands w/ a quick transfer & release. Isn't exceptionally twitchy, but displays avg range. Fringy defender at SS, solid-avg at 2B.
Arm 50 Fringy present strength, projecting a half grade w/ increased physical maturity. Displays the ability to throw on the run & from different angles, delivering throws on-target.
Overall

Signed for $2 million in 2019, Vera displays a solid foundation of present skills along w/ physical projection & profiles as a second division regular or strong utility infielder.
