Hit 40 Simple setup w/ an open stance, low hands & leg kick timing mechanism. Low maintenance swing w/ average bat control. Works gap-gap. There will be some sw/miss as he has a tendency to chase & expand the zone, but there should be enough for a .230-.240 bat.
Power 50 Generates easy above-average, maybe even plus raw power. Should result in 15-20 HR power in-game.
Baserunning/Speed 20 Base clogger w/ heavy feet.
Glove 50 Soft, consistent hands. Strong ability as a receiver. Below-average athlete w/ limited lateral quickness, giving him some trouble blocking form his one-knee setup. In need of a few minor mechanical tweaks, but the ability is there for a solid-average glove.
Arm 55 Above-average strength, consistent 1.90-1.95 to 2B. Accurate w/ throws on the bag.
Overall

There isn't huge upside in the profile, but the power/defense combination should help Genoves project as a strong backup or low end regular behind the dish.
