Hit	50	Balanced stance with hands starting high, quick and compact swing with above average bat speed. Patient hitter, recognizes spin well and shows the ability to hit to the opposite field.
Power	40	Swing is geared mainly for line drives and contact, but has the bat speed to generate some pop pull side.
Baserunning/Speed	40	4.34, 4.40 clocks down the line to first; lacks raw foot speed, not a threat to steal but is a smart baserunner who will not be a liability on the base paths.
Glove	50	Solid defender but lacks the lateral quickness for shortstop, good instincts and soft hands will make him serviceable anywhere else on the infield.
Arm	50	Average arm strength, throws are accurate, good enough to handle the left side of the diamond.

Strumpf's value will be entirely dependent on the bat. None of the tools project as above average but his infield versatility give him a path to the major league. The ceiling is not high but if he can continue to make contact with fringe-average pop, there will be a role for him as a future backup who gets the occasional start.
