Hit	55	Hands by shoulders, small leg kick, fairly straight up, short compact swing. Can spray to all fields, fairly level swing. Average bat speed, finds barrel, needs to improve controlling the zone.
Power	45	Pull-side power only. Swing is not geared toward consistent over-the-fence power.
Baserunning/Speed	60	Plus runner down the line, elite base stealing threat with long strides.
Glove	60	Elite speed in the outfield, good routes, cuts grounders off, smooth, fluid. Plus defender.
Arm	60	Plus arm for right field. Accurate, velocity, carry, on a line.

Lowe's value is clearly in his defensive ability and speed. In order to maximize his potential he will need to reach the aggressive 55 hit grade I placed on him. His athleticism and short swing makes me optimistic he can cut down the strikeouts and be as consistent at the plate as he was in the AFL.
