Hit	50	Switch hitter, bent knees, hands by shoulders, small leg kick. Controls the zone exceptionally well, which is why he is a 50 and not a 45. Swing can be long occasionally, can come unhinged and off balanced. Pitch selection needs improvement, doesn't find barrel consistently. Much stronger from left side; below average from right side.
Power	40	Not enough strength in upper or lower body to hit for average power.
Baserunning/Speed	50	Good form, solid base running skills, gets good jumps, long strides, average quickness.
Glove	60	Natural instincts, plus internal clock, soft hands, fundamental and fluid footwork, plus routes and reads.
Arm	60	Gets feet under him, can throw from up top and below, accurate with velocity. Can make any throw needed for SS.

Perdomo's wizardry at a primary position almost assures him at least a platoon spot in the bigs. But in the day of shortstops hitting for power, he will need to find another another way to make an impact offensively. His ability to draw walks and keep a high OBP will be the key to him earning a starting spot.
