Jeffrey Paternostro is the Lead Prospect Writer at Baseball Prospectus and co-host of the Three-Quarters Delivery podcast.

Jeffrey Paternostro: I was cleaning up around the house this morning and realized that I have en entire closet full of unworn dry-fit polos, so sad.

Tom (TB): What do you think Shane Baz’s upside is in the Majors? How does he compare with guys like Howard, Pearson, Manning? When do you think he gets the call?

Jeffrey Paternostro: I think his upside is broadly comparable to that group, and he ranked in the midst of them on the 101. Obviously he's significantly further away than those arms, which increases the amount of time where things can go wrong. With a normal 2020, I'd say he's knocking on the door by the end of 2021/early 2022, but I think you have to punt a year for almost all your arms at this point

slappy123 (NC): Hi Jeff, Are you or any other BP guys familiar with Strat? thanks

Jeffrey Paternostro: I think we are running on like ten years straight where I say I am THIS is the year I am going to get into Strat but then never have time. Guess that won't work as an excuse this year.

KarenComeBack (NY): If Mike Trout woke up one morning and was the size of Eddie Gaedel, how good would he be?

Jeffrey Paternostro: Meg's chat is at FanGraphs on Tuesday.

Functionally he probably isn't strong enough to turn around 95 or cover enough ground in CF at that size. It's not a particularly whimsical answer I will admit.
