(JP Breen from Wisconsin)		Hi JP! Probably not. As you've noted in our private conversations Sneed has what the Brewers like from a delivery standpoint; straight over the top arm slot and a full windup. He has a good starter's frame and the fastball ticks up to 94 on occasion. Curve is 11-5 with a big hump out of the hand and his split change can be a nice change of pace but it's not going to miss bats as he advances levels. Backend profile for sure. (Mauricio Rubio)
