2019-03-15 16:00:00 (link to chat)Who do you have in a 24 team 20 keeper dynasty league Jake Junis or Ronald Guzman? in a 10x10 category including fielding percent. Have too pick one.Cheers Mark
(boatman44 from Liverpool)
I think I'm the low guy, so I'd take Guzman by default, but I do like Guzman a little this year as a guy who should significantly improve last season's numbers. Good luck down the stretch with the title chase! (Mark Barry)
2017-11-03 13:00:00 (link to chat)Are Kyle Freeland, Jake Junis, Antonio Senzatela mid-rotation guys, back-end guys or fellers that will end up in relief? Any of the 3 stand out for any reason?
(Cole Whittier from Pasadena, CA)
Senzatela probably has the most growth possibility just because of his unusual development track. I liked him the best as a prospect too. Freeland I have no idea how he pitched as well as he did given the underlying peripherals, but I always liked him as a backend starter. Junis, I don't know what the major league out pitch is there long term, but he's got enough in the arsenal to be a back-end guy. I guess Senzatela is my favorite of the group, but he is also the most likely to be a late-inning reliever. (Jeffrey Paternostro)
2016-08-18 13:00:00 (link to chat)Do you see Jake Junis becoming a successful MLB starter?
(Festivus313 from Nick)
I think he certainly can be. He's one of the more pleasant surprises of the Kansas City system this year. He pounds the zone with all of his pitches, and two of those pitches (fastball and curve) flash plus. There's not a ton of upside, but he has as high of floor as any pitcher in the system. (Christopher Crawford)
2015-05-27 14:00:00 (link to chat)Tell me more about some Wilmington guys: Cody Reed, Jake Junis, and Skoglund. Meanwhile, Dom Taylor doesn't seem to have tools, but he's had results. 4th OF profile?
(Doug from Dallas)
I've seen Reed and want to see him again. Power LHP with some backend potential but think he will end up in the bullpen due to delivery, command and secondary potential. Junis is an org. arm, who mixes it up and around a bit. Skoglund is a huge lefty with below avg. stuff and I think I would be more excited about him if he was 19 year old HS arm in his 2nd year in pro. ball. Skinny hips and shoulders and I just don't think he'll really add strength. (CJ Wittmann)
