(kjesanis from Maine)		Catchers are weird. The organization did succeed in turning Flowers from a butcher to a plus defender back there, and they may have gotten Kevan Smith from terrible to adequate as well. The White Sox' scouting director, Nick Hostetler, feels very strongly about his ability to stick back there, and Collins has had great results throwing out baserunners. One last thing working in his favor is his work ethic, as he seems just as determined as the White Sox in staying back there.

I think we'll know a lot more when he gets promoted to a level where we can track FRAA, but I'm more optimistic than I was when he was drafted, and think there's a decent shot he can hang there. (Nick Schaefer)
