2021-01-15 12:00:00 (link to chat)Can you provide two or three prospect names that are outside the top 50 that you think will be top 10 by the end of the year?
(Collin from Miami)
I am taking this as 2021 breakouts and given the lack of 2020 information; I’d expect a bunch, but you are talking about a really big jump in a projection sense. A lot of the guyswouod end up in the majors for too long if they made the talent jump, so you are talking high upside recent IFAs like Dominguez and Peña that are probably already unavailable in your dynasty league. Liover Peguero and Jordan Walker fit this general description though. I don’t think either *wil* be top ten but might be presently undervalued by our rankings. (Jeffrey Paternostro)
2020-05-01 13:00:00 (link to chat)What do you think is the dynasty upside for Liover Peguero?
(Mark from OH)
As mentioned earlier, I like Peguero a lot. I think he could potentially hit .300 with 20 homers and 20 stolen bases. In other words, you're talking about an Amed Rosario-type player with a better batting average. Or the elite version of Jean Segura. The problem, of course, is that Peguero is just 19 years old. The range of outcomes are huge, but he just cracks the Top 100 as a dynasty prospect for me. (J.P. Breen)
2020-04-03 13:00:00 (link to chat)Hey thanks for the chat. What NL guys mostly out of the top 100 do you like? My options include Vilade, Vargas, Perdomo, Canario, etc.
(sykklone from IA)
It depends on format (presumably NL-only at least), but both Geraldo Perdomo (72) and Alexander Canario (78) are top-100 dynasty prospects. You can find our top 350 here: https://www.baseballprospectus.com/fantasy/article/57806/top-350-dynasty-prospects-march-2020/

Others outside the top 100 I personally really like include Luis Matos (105), Jose Garcia (106) & Liover Peguero (133). (Jesse Roche)
2020-03-16 12:00:00 (link to chat)Who's your favorite non top 100 prospect to really pop this year and be filled with helium?
(Ryan from Miami)
Liover Peguero, Erick Pena, Orelvis Martinez (Jeffrey Paternostro)
2020-03-11 13:00:00 (link to chat)Hi Craig! Thanks for the chat. If you had to pick a pitcher and a hitter currently out of the fantasy 101 that could leap into the top 50 by mid season (or 2021 If you prefer), who would it be?
(Dynasty from Dynasty land )
I like Jose Garcia and Liover Peguero as options for hitters (Monte Harrison too, but he'd get too many ABs if he does well enough to jump that high), and Edward Cabrera and Nick Lodolo as arms. Brailyn Marquez has that talent, too. (Craig Goldstein)
2019-08-14 13:00:00 (link to chat)Liover Peguero: next big dynasty stud prospect?
(Danny from Arizona)
I don't think I'm going that far just yet, but there's a chance he's in the top tier of that system before too long. (Craig Goldstein)
