2003 Great stuff, great randomness in where it arrives. Durocher needs to tighten up his mechanics a little bit, as major league hitters (and, well, minor league hitters) aren’t going to help out much going forward. Fun to watch, and a good bet to have streaks of great effectiveness with unbelievably frustrating rough spots for the foreseeable future.
2000 People keep hoping that this great name will stay healthy long enough to snap off a few of his nasty sliders in the major leagues. He isn’t going to grow up to be Jeff Nelson, just a perfectly solid middle reliever.
