2019-08-26 13:00:00 (link to chat)In a keep forever league with no salaries, I traded Yordan Alvarez for Trevor Williams earlier this year. I've been the laughingstock of the league ever since and no one will trade with me now because they all expect to get similar favorable deals. What's been your worst dynasty trade of 2019?
(Haddy from Minnesota)
At least it's not as bad as trading Yordan Alvarez for Josh Fields!

We all have those, and it's part of the fun/terribleness of dynasty. This season we thought we made out like bandits getting Wenceel Perez and Jhon Torres for Jorge Soler. Like three years ago I traded Rafael Devers, Jose Berrios, Michael Conforto for Nolan Arenado, which at the time looked like a no-brainer, but has not aged particularly well. (Mark Barry)
2019-08-21 13:00:00 (link to chat)Any concerns with Jhon Torres after his early struggles?
(Festivus from AZ)
The strikeout numbers are concerning, I guess, but nothing out of place for a 19-year-old. He still put up solid numbers in rookie ball. I still like him. (JP Breen)
2019-05-24 15:00:00 (link to chat)What are some under the radar OF prospects that will be good for Fantasy purposes?
(Jake from State Farm)
My "under the radar" is decidedly from a non-prospect-expert standpoint, but I'll give you a couple of names, anyway. Mark and I own Jhon Torres on our TDGX team, so keep your eye on him (although I just checked his numbers in Low-A and, yikes). Also, because I wrote about Royals for the annual, I'm excited about Khalil Lee. (Jon Hegglund)
2019-04-17 13:00:00 (link to chat)Happy Hump Day! I’m seeking 5 of your best low-level bets to become stars... The Ronny Mauricio’s of the world. Who you got?
(Roger from Baltimore)
Speaking of Mauricio, we're always looking for our next fix, huh? Just to throw some names out there, I like Jhon Torres, George Valera, D'Shawn Knowles, Shervyen Newton, and Sherten Apostel. I don't know if they're my "best bets" but definitely guys I'm following. If you want a fun name to track, try Darling Florentino. He's a baby and in full-season, so struggling but a toolsy 3B with flashes of power and hit. Plus his name is Darling Florentino. (Craig Goldstein)
2019-04-17 13:00:00 (link to chat)So I'm a bit of an amateur baseball scout. I got to see a lot of Jhon Torres last year and fell in love. He's one of the best under the radar prospects I've seen in... well, years. Incredible athlete, huge frame, prodigious power and bat control. Curious if you've heard anything about him since he's yet to debut in 2019.
(Jason from Arizona)
I mentioned Torres earlier, and I agree he's a great under-the-radar name right now. Big time power prospect with a chance to hit. I've heard they really like him in St. Louis and he's looked good in Spring and EST. Nothing specific, but nothing to deter our dreams, either. (Craig Goldstein)
2018-11-29 23:00:00 (link to chat)Any thoughts on Jhon Torres? One of my early picks to absolutely rocket up rankings next year.

2018-11-29 23:00:00 (link to chat)I know you’re just at the beginning of your offseason work but who are your favorite prospects to climb in 2019 for dynasty?
(Chansen8895 from Santa clara)
Piggybacking, have touched on a couple already, but those big pop, flash-of-hit Low-A and Rk guys are my sweet spot: Jhon Torres, Julio Rodriguez, Kristian Robinson. I like Rocchio a lot in Cleveland, Wenceel in Detroit...among more established guys who may have flown under the radar a bit last year, I think Tristen Lutz has explosion in him, and Rooker will burn out the sun and kick the moon out the back door.
