Could they get Albert Abreu from NYY or Koby Allard from ATL? (Randy from Queens) | 150ish guy feels a smidge high to me for a number three starter rental nowadays, but Franklyn Kilome got dealt for eight weeks of Asdrubal Cabrera so it just takes the right combo of team and prospect I suppose. Abreu feels like way too much to me. Allard actually isn't an awful shout, as the Braves don't have a spot for him, and the stuff is down, but the Mets can sell him as a major-league-ready former Top 50 prospect. (Jeffrey Paternostro) |

(scottski45 from Detroit) | Kilome will continue to have hiccups I'd imagine. It's the exact kind of profile I fall in love with and ignore that he may just end up a frustrating relief arm. But if he ever puts it together...look out.
Rosario is a top tier prospect now, and has a more balanced offensive and defensive skill set than he had at this time last year. This is what happens when it does click. Second is that when it comes to pitching prospects I tend to lean towards big stuff, especially breaking balls, in valuing guys. So, with that said, I think your order makes some sense. Martes has the highest upside to me, with Kilome likely having a higher floor. Gohara is a ways away but the raw stuff is impressive. Martes has the best shot at being a role 6 guy (or better) but they're all intriguing arms. (Jeff Long) |

(kiper90 from Rochester, NY) | Leaving out the '15 draftees, Victor Robles is probably the biggest helium guy of the year. Our Mark Anderson just tossed three 7's onto his ledger, linked below. Javier Guerra and Amed Rosario are a couple interesting shortstops. And while another one, Jorge Mateo, has gotten a lot of attention for his wheels, Rockies A-ball CFer Wes Rogers is a dude with a similar skillset & more polished hit tool. Potential SB beast. Jomar Reyes is a fan favorite of our scouting team. Amaurys Minier & Lewin Diaz in the Twins system are also both interesting raw power bats. Arms you'll be hearing a lot more about include Anderson Espinoza, Franklyn Kilome, Michael Kopech (though he's suspended), and the now-in-High-A Francis Martes (whose CB is just disgusting).
