Danny Duffy may finally be healthy and his mechanics are right, resembling the starter he was last year (and who was conspicuously missing from the Royals 2014 postseason rotation). I would argue if he can stay healthy, he would be the Royals' Game 2 starter, followed by Volquez and Ventura. God help us if we have to start Young or Guthrie...
