1. Are teams getting better at scouting pitching than they are at scouting hitting?
2. Is this a cycle where the players coming into MLB are better pitchers than hitters?
3. Has youth pitching instruction outpaced hitting instruction. Having watched youth hitting instruction with my son, there is some bad bad advice going on at the youth and HS level.
4. Are teams better at finding pitching arms from other positions. Taking chances on ex-catchers, ex-corner infielders etc?
