Role 55, Late-Inning Reliever
FB 92-94 T95; firm offering; easy velo; jumped on hitters; held velo towards end.
CB 74-77; 11/5 shape; big depth; flashed average but couldn't locate consistently; often loopy.
SL 82-86; two-plane break; sharp movement; plus depth; located well.
CH 83-85; some fade down in zone; lacking feel for offering; would leave pitch up in zone; should improve with repetitions over time.
Interesting SP prospect, was a reliever in college and has a 8th-inning relief ceiling in pen, or 4 starter in rotation. Has had success so far in rotation and was recently promoted to AA. Could fit both roles but could be really nasty as a back-end guy and that is where I think he will end up long-term.
