Power	20	Approach is geared to line drives and slappy hits the other way, would need to be instructed to lift AND pull, there is some power potential as he has been able to barrel the other way well and relatively consistent, but it would still be well below average.

His defense is average, fielding what he gets to and taking good routes to balls. Barrett is a good organizational player.
