|2016-04-19 12:00:00 (link to chat)||I've asked others this, but I'll send the same to you:
If you could give a 50 tool to any player or pitcher, which one improvement would cause the greatest leap in OFP for you?
(Joey Gallo getting 50 hit is the consensus favorite according to BP staff so far)|
(Steve from Philly)
|That's a fun question. My mind immediately jumped to Gallo as well. I don't want to be boring, though, and just restate the same thing. Right off the top of my head: why not Ray Black with 50 control?
Well...I guess there still would be effort and health questions. If I were to cheat, I'll say Ray Black with a less violent delivery and 50 control. (Adam McInturff)
|2015-11-18 13:00:00 (link to chat)||You were at the Fall Stars game right? What did you think about 100 mph Ray Black? Thanks! |
(Jesse from Ohio)
|I was. I got to see a lot of Ray Black. While mooching off scouts guns I got a couple of 101's, second hardest thrower I saw there after Mauricio Cabrera. I didn't see a competent breaking ball and the command is worlds away, but man when you throw that hard and it's not straight you can't help but come away intrigued. (Christopher Crawford)|
No BP Roundtables have mentioned this guy.
