Really interesting GM chat, guys. You mention the Cubs' managerial interviews but remember, that's the process that resulted in hiring Sveum. That didn't quite work out, and it was reported they used a different process when they hired Smilin' Rick (aside from asking "Are you Joe Girardi yet?" every ten minutes, I mean).
With that said, please please please invest in some proper equipment. The poor quality really kills the enjoyability factor.

I understand, but I'm not talking about only one episode, either! Sounds like a USB mic or the built-in mic on a computer. Am I close? I listen to a lot of podcasts and the audio quality sticks out. :( Sorry guys. I still love you.
