Flags Fly Forever Podcast
Episode 1
by Bret Sayre, Mike Gianella and Mauricio Rubio
There is something refreshing about the birth of a podcast. You spend so much time working out the logistics, topics, guests, etc and then when you listen back to it all you can think about is how many times you paused and what you can do to fix it. A well-oiled machine we will soon become.
The concept behind Flags Fly Forever is that we will aim to cover fewer topics in greater detail than your average fantasy podcast--generally four to five per episode. We hope you enjoy our debutante ball, so to speak, and if you have suggestions for future topics, you can e-mail us at the link below.
This week's topics:
An Introduction (0:00-5:40)
The Value of Minor Leaguers/Draft Picks (5:40-19:25)
Baseball's Rookie Explosion and Draft Day Effect (19:25-37:30)
A Non-Summary of Off-Season Transactions, i.e. Who We Like/Dislike (37:30-51:24)
Talking Flags Fly Forever, the Concept, with Cory Schwartz of MLB.com (51:24-1:07:59)
Our Smooth Outro (1:07:59-1:12:21)
And everything you need to listen and enjoy is below this line that I'm typing right now:

Informative listen but that background noise of someone playing with poker chips(?) was pretty annoying.
Haven't listed but my guess is keyboard alt-tabs. A common culprit.
That would definitely make more sense.
