Puig and Fundamentals. Of course he is raw. Were he a "traditional" 22yo ballplayer. The fundamentals would have been drilled into him over the course of ~400 minor league games or 3 years in a big time college baseball program.
As to his maturity level, I cannot imagine the culture shock someone like him must have to go through. To go from a Cuban with little money or available commerce, to being filthy rich in our country? I hope that he has someone trustworthy that is helping him watch his money.
