Let's get to the trots as we countdown the final three weeks of the season.

Home Run of the Day: Madison Bumgarner, San Francisco Giants - 22.57 seconds [video]
A three run blast from the pitcher? For his second home run of the season? Yes, please.

Slowest Trot: Aramis Ramirez, Milwaukee Brewers - 25.07* seconds [video]
Ramirez helps the Brewers continue their hot streak with the slowest trot of the day. The next slowest trot came from Jimmy Rollins, who sneaked behind Ramirez at 24.6 seconds.

Also, in Texas, Adrian Beltre's home run clanged back onto the field, causing some confusion. Beltre stopped at second before the play was reviewed and called a home run. As always, the interrupted trot does not count for the Tater Trot Tracker.

Quickest Trot: Austin Jackson, Detroit Tigers - 17.89 seconds [video]
A pair of super-quick sprints on Wednesday. Austin Jackson, who hadn't hit a home run in a month, won the race in 17.89 seconds. Second place was to the always-speedy Scott Rolen, who rounded the bases in 18.12 seconds for his seventh homer of the year.
