Dave van Dyck of the Chicago Tribune writes that Ted Lilly took a no-hitter into the ninth inning and made up for his team's poor offense with great pitching as the Cubs beat the White Sox. The Tribune's Mark Gonzales writes that Mark Buehrle may be on edge until gaining  10-5 status on July 6.

Adam Kilgore of the Washington Post writes that Stephen Strasburg dominated again, striking out eight in 5 1/3 innings as the Nationals beat the Indians. Bud Shaw of the Cleveland Plain Dealer writes that Strasburg is much more than the sum of his pitches. Ray Ratto of the San Francisco Chronicle writes that Strasburg looks like an All-Star to marketers.

Michael S. Schmidt and Katie Thomas of the New York Times write that Roger Clemens' foundation is coming under scrutiny.

Brian Costello of theNew York Post writes that Jorge Posada's grand slam helped put the Yankees into first place in the American League East. Costello also writes that Alex Rodriguez looks fit  to face the Phillies on Tuesday night.

Tom Groeschen of the Cincinnati Enquirer writes that Edinson Volquez's next rehab start is set for Thursday.

Jim Gintonio of the Arizona Republic writes that the Diamondbacks could make a change at closer.

Tom Powers of the St. Paul Pioneer Press writes that the sloppy Twins have suddenly forgotten who they are and what they do.

Bernie Miklasz of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch writes that the Cardinals are failing to live up to their ability.
