Injuries have kept Chris Coghlan from making much of a mark in the big leagues since his rookie season. When he finally got healthy and picked up by the Cubs prior to last season, he realized his skillset—hitting for average with little pop while playing a corner outfield spot—wasn't highly desirable in the game today.
