What could be better than an Eyewitness Account by one of the crack Baseball Prospectus minor-league experts? Being able to find these reports quickly and conveniently, of course!

For loyal readers who are already reading the Baseball Prospectus site, a menu item has been added to take you to a sortable collection of Eyewitness Accounts:

Clicking on the Eyewitness Accounts link brings up the list of reports, courtesy of Tim Collins, the man behind the scenes when it comes to Eyewitness Accounts:

… and many more.

Also, the Eyewitness Accounts are available from the player card pages.

An aside: Assuming for the moment that someone is using Chrome and – shame! – isn't reading the Baseball Prospectus site, but wants to see an Eyewitness Report pronto… there is a little-known feature of Chrome that the Baseball Prospectus "player search" feature can be accessed by simply starting to type "www.baseball.prospectus.com" into the address box, pressing the TAB key, and then typing the name of the player. For example:

This takes the browser to Almonte's player card, which now has a new new link front and center (in the bio box at the top):

Of course, there are many other ways to get your daily dose of Miguel Almonte's player card (e.g. typing his name into the player search box, or entering "bbp.cx/p/69448" in the browser address box, not to mention direct links to his page). And whichever method is chosen, the Eyewitness Accounts are now available on his card.

That about wraps up the new navigational goodness. Now back to more interesting reading, such as an Eyewitness Account. Click on the link to view a random Eyewitness Account!

This is almost as exciting as Oscar Tavares’ debut today.
