Gerrit Cole and Josh Bell were two of the top prospects featured in this year's Pittsburgh Pirates Top 10 Prospects here at Baseball Prospectus. Today’s Draft Video Weekend Flashback features these top two picks in the 2011 draft (signed for a combined $13,000,000) in pre-draft action.

Gerrit Cole (RHP), out of UCLA; drafted first round (1st overall), 2011. Video from the 2010 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team trials. Cole was scheduled to pitch one inning, but made such quick work of the other collegians that the USA staff had him stay out and throw to a few more hitters in order to give the dozens of scouts in attendance a better look.

Josh Bell (OF), out of Jesuit College Prep (Dallas, TX); drafted second round (61st overall), 2011. Video from the 2010 WWBA World Championship, hosted by Perfect Game USA. Bell was a member of the Dallas Patriots and was a University of Texas commit. The final at bat in the video features Bell singling up-the-middle off of Jose Fernandez (now the #1 prospect in the Florida Marlins system).
