It's not hard to keep up to date with the goings on of Jose Canseco these days. Anyone with access to Twitter can connect to @JoseCanseco and see who the man is now. While at times his Twitter feed can be a bit sad – a peek into the life of a man who still can't get over his downfall – it is mostly an entertaining look at the off-the-wall comments of a man with a different perspective on the world. (At least it was up until these last couple of months, when Canseco severely curtailed his tweeting.)

If you're like me and ever wondered how Canseco managed to keep his tweets so wonderfully engaging, the Upright Citizen's Brigade has the answer for you.
